At Closet & Botts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for most items in their original condition. Please note that certain goods, such as earrings and perishable items, are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are well-protected for transit.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the return address label and send the package via your preferred tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
